All of our SHINE staff members are devout Catholics who have a deep desire to serve. They are the back bone of the camps. Without them SHINE would not happen. They are a team of dedicated individuals who display their Catholic faith proudly and are not ashamed to show it. They come from all walks of life, they are carpenters, teachers, college students, youth ministers, & musicians. Is it easy? NO!, is it tough? you bet it is. That's because we believe in quality programming and we will only give the best to those that come to SHINE. For 8 to 10 weeks they will work, laugh, cry, fight, pray, eat, sleep, travel and hang out with each other. No where else will you find such an awesome group of individuals. Because of what they do and what they stand for, we get numerous requests for staff positions, unfortunately because we only have one staff that travels we have began a waiting list of people. If you would like to be put on that list please e-mail us and we will put you on that list.
